Engineer, leader, and builder based in Luxembourg.

I'm Anouar Adlani — Group CTO at EBRAND and Chief Innovation Officer at Namespace Group. Twenty years building internet infrastructure: domain registrars, cloud platforms, digital risk protection. The problems change; the fundamentals don't.

My career started at EuroDNS in 2006, where I grew from Software Architect to CTO over nine years. Then VP Engineering and CIO at vyzVoice, and since 2019 I've been leading technology at EBRAND, where I built X-RAY — our Digital Risk Protection platform — as an intrapreneur project. I also run PragmaGeeks, a tech consulting company based in Casablanca, placing senior Software, AI, and DevOps engineers.

I care about pragmatic engineering and people-first leadership. The engineers around you are not a resource to manage — they're a craft to nurture. That's the highest-leverage thing a technical leader can do, and I don't think it gets enough attention.

Outside of work, I'm a husband and the father of three daughters. I recently got back into Kyokushin karate after a long break — good for the body, good for the mind. My faith runs through all of it: I'm a practicing Muslim, and the conviction that work done with genuine intention and care for others is itself an act of worship shapes how I try to show up every day.
