Twenty years of engineering, from architecture to the boardroom.
I'm Anouar Adlani β Group CTO at EBRAND and Chief Innovation Officer at Namespace Group. Twenty years building engineering teams, designing systems, and shipping products β from domain registrars to IIoT big data analytics to Digital Risk Protection. The problems change; the fundamentals don't.
My career started at EuroDNS in 2006, where I grew from Software Architect to CTO over nine years. Then VP Engineering and CIO at vyzVoice, an IIoT big data analytics platform processing industrial sensor data from offices, data centres, and factories. Since 2019 I've been leading technology at EBRAND, where I built X-RAY β our Digital Risk Protection platform β as an intrapreneur project. I also run PragmaGeeks, a tech consulting company based in Casablanca, placing senior Software, AI, and DevOps engineers.
I care about pragmatic engineering and people-first leadership. The engineers around you are not a resource to manage β they're a craft to nurture. That's the highest-leverage thing a technical leader can do, and I don't think it gets enough attention.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and the father of three daughters. I recently got back into Kyokushin karate after a long break β good for the body, good for the mind. My faith runs through all of it: I'm a practicing Muslim, and the conviction that work done with genuine intention and care for others is itself an act of worship shapes how I try to show up every day.
